Prevent/Disable TV from opening at BlueStacks 2 Start?

Go to your <Drive>:\ProgramData\BlueStacks\Oem.cfg file and open it with Notepad, then change the line:
<IsBTVBuild>true</IsBTVBuild> to <IsBTVBuild>false</IsBTVBuild>
Next time you open Bluestacks 2, the Bluestacks TV window won’t start/open.
