Start the Lync installation (setup.exe) on your Windows 7 system and select “Install Topology Builder” (and Administrative tools.)
Clear all the msRTCSIP attributes. The Attribute Editor tab does not appear when you search for the user and then go to properties. You need to go to the user in the OU.
